Ici le venin de la haine coule dans nos vies comme dans nos veines
THIS! Oh Gackt, this is the best thing since Elisabeth! That French guy’s voice! *-* This song! WHY oh why didn’t I find this musical last year when I needed the inspiration to study French for the matriculation examination? Well, if I’d have found this earlier it would have been even bigger a pain to wait for the Takarazuka version… I mean, Oh Gackt (yes, again) I NEED to see, no OWN this on DVD… And since there are two versions, the Hoshigumi one with Kaname as Tybalt and the Yukigumi one with Chigi as Mercutio I obviously need them both. I want to be poor and happy SO badly right now. *insert more excited rant here*
Other than that, I’ve started a tumblr blog just for the sake of spam. As you can see, it doesn’t necessarily lessen the spam in my other blogs. Sorry about that, but that’s just the way I am. ^^
THEN! (I am slightly stressed/fatigued/depressed so I write even more colourfully than usually. :'D) I had my hair cut AGAIN last Wednesday. ♥
Ahaha, a weird picture but whatever. I finally got the short-on-the-back-longer-on-the-front ‘bob’ I’ve been dreaming of since I don’t even know when. Have a look at these next bad quality webcam photos:
The hair is super short (on my scale, at least) at the nape of the neck. It’s a bit like one of Victoria Beckham’s bobs, except that Posh obviously wears her hair better than me and my hair is cut straighter than hers. Or something. My English totally fails me, sorry. x3 AND I’ve noticed (again) that I am terrible at doing my hair. ♥ Well, time to learn, right?
I’m 99,9% sure that I’m going to die of lack of sleep, stress and overall exhaustion next week… Or maybe of Zuka angst, we’ll see.
On a not as random a thought as that previous paragraph, I got a dataliittymä as a Christmas present. Sorry for the lack of interest to find out what it would be in English, but basically it means that I can surf in the net on my phone to my heart’s content anytime I want, almost anywhere I want. The best thing? My dad can’t stalk the times I use the net. ♥ So I can stay up ‘til four a.m. doing nothing useful and die of tiredness the next day. ♥ This is one of the reasons I am definitely going to die sooner than expected.
RANDOMNESS IS RANDOM. Over and out. ♥
Dieu, que les hommes, sont durs
Que les hommes, sont sûrs d'eux
Oh ! Dieu, que les hommes, sont durs
Que faut-il donc qu'on fasse
Pour que tu accordes ta grâce
Dieu toi qui nous a mis sur la terre
Pourquoi nous forcer à nous taire
Et regarder, mourir les hommes

Devils’ Parade
Hiya all! Long time no see. For once I’m not going to apologize for the blog silence since I’ve got a perfect excuse for my absence. *dum-de-dum* It’s actually school. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, for the past two weeks I have actually been studying! I got accepted to the school I wished to attend! Yay, go me! I’m studying sewing women’s clothes. 8) Suits me perfectly, don’t you think?
Okay, I have a crapload of photos to show you and nothing much in my brain to tell about them. :'D It’s obviously been too long since my last update, too many things have happened and I can’t keep my thoughts organized. Sorry if this gets messy again. x3
Since I mentioned visiting my godparents’ summer house in my last post, I could start with that. No, I didn’t take any photos. Yes, I did manage to get Stella somewhat hooked on Takarazuka. Heck yes, we had a great time! We should definitely see each other more often~
~♥~
Chronologically, the next thing would probably be D’espairsray’s new album MONSTERS.
Limited edition with DVD (that I haven’t actually watched yet o.O), straight from Japan. :3 Took me a while to really get in to the songs, but the more I listen to it the better it sounds. It’s a bit lighter than their usual style, but it’s catchy and I’m sure it’ll work well live. I really need to start learning the lyrics by heart…
~♥~
I have been enjoying the Zukaism with Zara. One Saturday we went to Helsinki to window-shop all things otokoyaku. And, well, I bought a pair of Kamijo-boots. :____D It just happened, I swear I didn’t mean to! …Ahem, whatever, here’s a crappy photo of my outfit of that day:
The otokoyaku scarf combined with a black shirt and a pen skirt? I really don’t know. :'3 You can’t actually see it all that well in the photo, but I managed to make myself the Tooto nails. Finally!
I bought myself a new nail polish, yet again. My previous Tooto polish had run dry, so I couldn’t help buying GOSH Black Passion. The colour is love, but I don’t really love the horrible tip pull it creates. Anyway, Black Passion was the base, OPI Catch Me in Your Net was added on the tips and the finishing touches were done by an eyeliner brush with Lumene Natural Code Classy. The result? Here:
I didn’t bother to take too detailed a photo, since I haven’t got any detailed photos of the real Tooto nails myself. (Explanations, explanations. x3) I ended up loving the result and am actually thinking of doing this design with some other colours too. (RED, anyone?)
~♥~
Ahem, then I’ve got a mass of photos of my face from a random lonely photo shoot. :'3 Feel the otokoyaku-vibe with a hint of feminine Hetaism added in. :'D
Man, I feel like a woman~♪ Or not. xD Dude-ism (what’s with the creative use of language again?) doesn’t make me look hot… I don’t even look like my dad here. x3
~♥~
Okay, now on to the good part! Me, Zara and Nepi went to Helsinki last Sunday to take some photos. It was so much fun and it shows. :D
The coolest photo of me and Nepi.
Our
Zuka dance reinvented caboeira. xD I can’t help lolling at these~
An unedited photo of
my failing hair me. Ta-dah!

Umm, I don’t really have all that much free time these days… It takes me about an hour and a half to get to school and the same to get back home, and the days aren’t all that short either. Last week I managed to not sit on the computer every night and thus I got to sleep about six hours per night. Yesterday, I failed. I stayed up ‘til half past two in the morning, watching Zuka videos. How irresponsible can one be of herself? >___>'' Now I just have to share this, even though most of you probably aren’t interested… My Zuka fandom has risen to a level where I hail about every otokoyaku I see. I just discovered the greatness of Maya Miki and that discovery is going to cause me so much pain. The woman has had a concert in Budokan. Where she sung Malice Mizer’s Gekka no Yasoukyoku. The live video is extremely hard to find. Somebody please shoot me now! A hot otokoyaku (they really knew how to fanservice in the 90s) singing one of my favourite songs! Gekka no Yasoukyoku is actually my example of how to somewhat ruin your favourite song by having it as the tune of your alarm clock. But it’s love. I would do about anything to see a clip of Miki singing it. WHERE CAN I FIND THAT VIDEO? (It has also Mizu in it. *-*)
I ain’t got no money, money~♫
…I love the autumn fashion collections, by the way. They’re always full of clean cuts and black and everything that I love. If I had the money, I would shop ‘til I drop in Seppälä, Lindex and Stockmann. I need shiny leggings, for example.
Due to lack of sleep last night, I can’t come up with anything clever to write. :'3 Sorry~
Until next time sweeties~ ♥
P.S. Keep listening to Desert Rose by Sting (whom I won’t be seeing live T-T) and watching different versions of the hotness Kosame. ;3
P.P.S. I should probably revive my writing blog, since I’ve got some 3000 words of YuMizu fanfiction on my computer… 8D

The impossible is happening
I’m sorry if this post gets really random or over the top, because…
*DUM-DE-DUUUUUUUUM*
GACKT is coming to Europe! For real! Gaaaaah, I can’t get over this fact! And as I am a legal adult, it would technically be possible for me to go see his gig in Germany, for example. *_________* The problem is that he’s going to be playing in some relatively small clubs and thus the tickets are very limited… And I seriously don’t know who would go to, say Munich with me just to see GACKT’s gig… Plus I’d have to get a job to get the money, in case my friends and family aren’t too pleased with me spending my graduation present money all at once… But waaaaaah, I really want to go! I’ll have to get the tickets… *___* ♥ (Not that I wouldn’t be seeing my two favourite Japanese bands this year anyways…)
I’ve seen many Finnish people complaining in the net how unfair it is that GACKT’s not coming to Finland or even to Sweden or Russia, but I guess I’ll get to that when I’ve failed in getting the tickets to his concert in Germany. …Or the UK? I’m planning away here, without even discussing this over with my parents… I hope they won’t be totally against the idea. :3
…
Ahem, I was going to write about other things than GACKT too. (Man, it’s a pain to spell his name on capital letters every time…)
Um, so I’m obviously supposed to be studyin- erm, sewing right now, but instead I’m updating my blog! It really wouldn’t take too long to finish my graduation outfit, a couple of seams and a little something for the upper half, plus the underskirt… Which brings us to the topic of the day, my shopping trip to Helsinki with Zara from yesterday. (Is it just me or am I failing in English? Too long a break in blogging, plus a bad state of mind…) First, my outfit (sorry for the crappy mirror photo, as always. ^^)
(Why do mirrors always make me look wide? :'D And sorry for that vacuum cleaner. xD) Sooooo… I’m actually wearing my mom’s old pen skirt, which fits me better than the one I bought myself. o.O And you can also see my new pumps I bought for the graduation. They are redder than that in real life.
Other than the shoes, I was looking for a zipper for my graduation dress. I bought one that was slightly too long, but I guess I’ll manage… :'3 I also finally remembered my 40€ gift card to Tokyokan, so I got to shop for some Japanese goods.
Gothic&Lolita Bible, from 2004. Featuring Kamijo~ (Only two pages. ;_;)
Chocolate & strawberry pockies :D The Hello Kitty –ones were actually pretty good. I also bought a new pair of chopsticks and a hashioki, but I didn’t take a photo of them. ^^'
Well, next up are my new love, Promarkers! I just got six new ones from the mail. :'3 No need to wonder if I start complaining about being poor. x3
Here they are, with three Neopikos. :3
And here are my current nails, a simple and slightly failed French mani. My nails seem quite long… Should I cut them already?
I was also going to write about my resurfacing Takarazuka-fandom, which I should keep in the back of my mind for health reasons, but then the GACKT news blew that thought away. ^^' I watched Elisabeth for the six hundredth time (just slightly exaggerating) last Thursday and both Mizu Natsuki and Zuka overall have been occupying my mind ever since. I also listened it over once and yesterday I started trying to write out the script in Japanese. Otaku hobbies ♥
… And now I notice that I’ve promised to do a post about nails and how to repair them if they start to chip etc. ò.Ô Well, keep your hopes up, I’ve got it coming (some day)! :'3

Slowly getting there
Hiya! It’s been too long, again, since the last time I posted anything. I’m guessing that no-one’s all that interested in my Christmas presents at this time of the year, so I’ve decided to just get on with blogging about things in my life right now, it’s far easier that way. (What a clever realization from my part.) ^^
First a brief overall look on my life at present.
Aristocratic vampires are back with full force and I am currently trying to figure out how to bring that out in my appearances, without having to spend all my money replacing the contents of my wardrobe. I’m supposed to be studying to the upcoming university entrance exams but I’m finding an awful lot of nothing and more nothing to do instead. And I have been doing my best to not to buy any new nail polishes in addition to the thirty-something I already have in a beautiful box on top of my closet, and it hasn’t been an easy task. I almost failed at that only last Monday when I was at a local store and they were having a discount on Mavala nail polishes. I only escaped the path of doom when I realized I was holding not one but four bottles in my hands. I left the store without buying any nail polish and was extremely pleased with myself.
Here be an extremely low quality photo of a recent attempt of mine on aristocratic appearance:
(Photoshoots in the middle of the night. <3)
And now to the real subject! Two things have been rocking my boat this week (well, let’s say three and count in the most awesome piece of Gone with the Wind fan fiction ever). First, I got myself a Spotify Premium account and have been listening to a lot of non-Asian music. I have liked the program so far, even with its lack of Asian music. Soundtracks, musicals and Finnish classics have been on the top of my charts these past few days. And even though I have Spotify, I won’t stop buying my beloved CDs, as the people who know me have probably guessed already. ^^
The second thing (or third, since I already mentioned the GwtW fanfic (why do I keep stating the obvious?)) is that I was in Helsinki with my long-time friend Pia last Thursday and we were going to check out some stores to try to find me a graduation dress. We never got to any proper formal clothing shops because Pia reminded me that I had promised her quite some time ago that I would take her to Morticia, a shop that sells gothic/alternative clothing, and now was the perfect time for me to make good on that promise. So, off to Morticia we were and it just so happened that Pia convinced me to try on one of the most beautiful pieces of clothing I have ever seen (or had on me, at least). I wasn’t really going to tell anything about it to anyone else, but I’m way too excited to keep it a total secret. Yes, I found myself quite a gorgeous corset, a metal-boned one and it was such a bargain, too! An overbust for only 50 €! I couldn’t believe my luck. The only slight flaw is that the corset is size 22 (inches, as in the waist measure) and I could have done with at least the size 20. The size 22 doesn’t really take many centimeters off my waist even when tightened to the max, but it was the smallest size available of the precise type, so I took it. And it is flattering enough, in my opinion, even though I’m still dreaming of being able to fit into a size 18, like Scarlett O’Hara in her best days. (I’m just obsessed with Scarlett, 18 inches for a waist is actually terribly little. But I probably could do with something like 19…? Or then I just get used to this 22-inch corset and be happy?)
I see I got a little off track there. Anyways, after what I considered a very successful buy, I was off to a fabric store (Eurokangas, if some Finns are interested) with a huge inspiration to make a perfect graduation dress by myself, despite my mother’s wishes. (When I thought it aloud some time back that I could sew myself a dress she actually moaned out loud that I shouldn’t do it.) I was so excited that I could hardly sit still in the buss on my way to Tapiola, let alone on my way home with the necessary fabrics safely on my hands.
Needless to say, I’ve been sewing like crazy ever since Friday and, to my own very pleasant surprise, I haven’t even screwed up anything essential as of yet. I’m guessing my outfit won’t be the total show-stopper I always dream my best creations to be but I do think it’ll at least turn some heads over to my direction. I have a good amount of possibilities to fail left, though, so maybe I should cool my head a little and just aim for a basically good-looking outfit, instead of that over-the-top vision I have been having on my mind… I suck at keeping secrets, so against my better judgement I might be posting photos of the finished product – or of some parts of it, at least – here before the big day (June the 5th) and thus reducing the possible wow factor I’d wish it to have on some of my friends who read (or at least know of) this blog.
…Am I actually a totally mischievous person?
I meant to write briefly, but with my huge sentences and love for the most complicated way of putting things this entry has again reached the over-length I tend to go to with my posts. (I’d better stop trying to make thing any more complicated than what they already are or I won’t be able to make out what I’m trying to say myself, let alone have you, my dear readers, understand a single sentence. I’ll soon have to get a proofreader for this blog.)
Last but not least I’d like to type a few words about my nails, as you all must have missed them during my latest hiatus. ;) I’m thinking that my nails are right now the longest they have ever been in my life, the ‘white part’ being longer than the nail bed itself, an average of about 9 mm and near to 1 cm at the longest. I’m having a hard time to decide whether to file my nails slightly shorter, to keep them this long or to keep growing them still. And I can’t decide on the shape either. I have been happy with the rounded square shape, or ‘squoval’, I have now, with hardly any breakage or chipping, but I’m getting the feeling that I’d like to go for a more pointed shape again.
Well, here’s a photo of my current nails:
They are quite long, aren’t they? (OPI DS Extravagance, by the way. I adore the colour, though this photo isn’t the most becoming one… And I think, since this photo was taken a week ago, that right now my nails are actually half a millimeter longer still. o.o) The funny thing is that when I look at my nails I don’t feel like they are really long at all. I’ve got so accustomed to having long nails that these are starting to feel like the average length, instead of overly long as others may see them. So what about you, my dear readers? Do my nails seem awfully long or horrible-looking to you? Should I shorten them or shape them differently? I’m pretty sure that I won’t shorten my nails too much before graduation, at least, unless something terrible happens… *knocks on wood*
And now, one more question to you all: Are my posts too long to read? Would you rather read some brief updates of my daily life/materialistic dreams/random short entries every other day or so or do you prefer these huge posts of all too much rambling and complicated sentences? I’m open for suggestions, though I’m not sure if I can change the way I write so easily… Once again, I’m really grateful that you have taken interest in this silly blog of mine and I’ll give cookies and ice-cream to anyone who has had the strength to read this whole post. And I’ll give you a hug even if you didn’t really have it in you to read this through, any comments are appreciated!
Till next time, my dears~ (Maybe by then I’ve learned how to write short and interesting entries. x3)

Rising from the Dead
Hiya all! Ahem, after three months of silence, I’ve finally gotten around to bringing this blog (and my Internet person :'D) back to life. I wonder if it’s got less to do with feeling guilty for neglecting my dear readers or the fact that I’m actually supposed to be preparing for the last two baccalaureal exams at the moment… ^^'' This post probably won’t be a long one, since it’s going to take several long entries to get you guys back on track with my life. …Not that there’d been many changes in my life worth writing about, I’ve been a bit depressed and overall lifeless during the past two months, but I’ve got a good amount of goods to show you all, including about fifteen nail polishes, if I remember right. I’ll have a huge post (or two) of materialism on the way, starting with Christmas presents. Gosh it’s great to be three months behind schedule. >.>''
Okay, here’s a brief explanation of what’s been going on in my life lately. As I already mentioned, I’m currently in the middle of the last half of my baccalaureal exams. I’ve had a ‘studying holiday’, during which I’ve mostly done nothing and more nothing, tried my best to avoid anything related to school books and watched some twenty episodes of Battlestar Galactica. (The whole season one plus the first two DVDs of season two… The first half of the fourth season doesn’t really count since I’m watching it with my parents.) I’ve kinda just been waiting for this period of my life to be over. Very creative. :__D I’m looking forward to going to Lapland with my parents in two weeks and a week after that I’m off to Rome with my grandmother. <3
Concerning my appearance… No huge changes, but the fringe has been back for awhile now. (It’s been a year since I last had my fringe cut… And since I started this blog! I should do a celebration post!)
It’s been some six weeks since I got a haircut and I’d have to go and have the fringe trimmed again soon if I’m going to keep it short… The problem is that if I’m going to get a new haircut, I might end up with a hair like this:
(Lol, possibly the worst photomanipulation ever xD) …I’m pretty much convinced that something like that would be a perfect summer cut for me. Oh God, I can see myself having my hair cut that short and regretting it right after two days or so. So long hair it is, until graduation at least. :'3
And here are my current nails, OPI Sapphire in the Snow with OPI base & top coat. I’ve broken two nails and repaired another two with super glue and a piece of coffee bag.
It’s a much darker colour than I had anticipated. it actually looks a lot more violet in the bottle but comes out as a very dark blueish violet on the nail. Direct light brings out the violet better. I’m wearing two coats in the photo, if I remember right. ^^
Well, I guess that’s all for now, just wanted to let you now that I’m alive! I probably should do a celebration post for my 1-year-old blog… It could come out in the form of that huge post of materialism or as a post where I answer my readers’ questions. Any ideas? I’ll answer any questions anyway, so just ask!
See you soon~
Love, Hetha

A kiss while your lips are still red
Hiya all! I’m supposed to be sleeping but instead I’m just sitting here staring at my screen so thought I’d quickly update my blog. :3
My week has been… confusing, to say the least. I got my swine flu vaccination on Tuesday and thus was sick on Wednesday. My arm was terribly sore up until yesterday and I was in a bad mood. I even skipped my morning lessons on Friday just because I felt depressed. And today I’ve been hyper. :''D It’s the rollercoaster of emotions again.
But now to the point! I thought I’d post a random image of my face since I haven’t posted any of those in a while. x3 Here we go, a random lipstick experiment:
Sorry for the crappy quality! :'D The length of a day is less than six hours at this time of the year so I really haven’t had much of a chance to take photos with natural light. Crappy photo is crappy. Oh well, at least you got to see my face. :'D
Aaaaaand here’s my main reason for doing this post:
I did my nails today! ^^ I actually wanted to do something vampire-inspired but instead ended up with these Christmas-y nails. :'3 Used Lumene’s Dancing Waves and O.P.I I’m Not Really A Waitress plus Mavala’s base coat. And I’ve run out of top coat so none was used. :__D (Dunno why I just got Gackt- ahem, sorry, GACKT’s Arittake no ai de on my mind… I want to wrap you in my love or something like that… I wrapped my nails in love? o.O Maybe they represent love… Ok, wtf am I rambling about? xD)
On with the show! I finally got a proper mirror in my room! here’s another crappy photo:
Ta-dah! xD How did my face dissapear in the light so conveniently? xD And the photo is so straight that I could cry… :__D
I just had to draw this up quickly on the other day. :__D Describes perfectly how I look while watching Mizu videos. x3 Concentration: 100% (can’t say the same about the drawing process…)
Hmm was that all? :__D I really don’t know but it’s time for me to sleep. I’ll end this post with a quote of what someone wise once said:
The past is history, the future is a mystery, and this moment is a gift. That is why 'this moment' is called 'the present'.
2009/09/30
Cutcutcut
First things first: Sorry for the lack of updates during these past… 3 weeks or something. :''D School has been killing me etc. so I hope you’ll understand.
I thought about making some kind of a hair history post but I decided against it after all when I went through some old photos… I guess I don’t go well with a camera.
Blah, I’ve written two random essays today and I wonder whether I’ve got anythig to say anymore. :'3 My brain has got some issues. Regarding school and Takarazuka. And I have an identity crisis. :__)
Well, on to the big news! My hair is short. D: And I don’t know how I can live with that. My family wouldn’t even have noticed the difference if I hadn’t pointed it out but to me it does matter when my hair is roughly 20 cm shorter than before. I thought I’d go for Tooto length but no. >.<'' It’s funny that I thought I hadn’t quite wrapped my head around the fact that my hair was so long but now when it’s shorter I’m totally on pins and needles. :''D
Okay, I know you want to see already. ;) (Sorry for the crappy webcam quality…)
You see why I’m a bit freaked out right now? I wonder what my hair dresser will think when I come to her after a couple of months with a Tooto pic and tell her I want to have hair like that (without the blue parts though). :__D
And now that my hair is gone the next thing to cut will be the nails. Uh-oh, now I’m scared. :''D I just haven’t decided how short and what shape I want my nails to be. Too many options. I thought I would go with very short for once but after the hair cut that might be a bit too much…
I should be studying maths at the moment but, surprisingly, I’ve started a couple of new projects that I’d like to continue right now (such as der Tod fanvideo and a new visual style for my computer). :'3
Hmhmhm… If you have any suggestions for my nails or hair feel free to tell me! ^__^ I guess that’s all for now, see you again (soon, I hope)!

*Insert an interesting title here*
My brain is pretty empty right now and I don’t know why. I’m going through a nice variety of emotions and I keep switching my thinking language between Finnish, English, Swedish and French, which is confusing to say the least. I’m a bit worried about next Wednesday because then I’ll have my English matriculation exam and my English isn’t really at it’s best right now. Well, I did get quite a good score from the listening comprehension (85/90) but I’m getting pretty worried about the grammar part. And judging by the first paragraph of this blog entry the essay part won’t be easy either. I fail. ;__;
I’ve been quite stressed over all the school work lately. The teachers just keep giving us too much homework and other projects and I’ve been feeling like I haven’t got any time of my own at all. And thus I’ve neglected almost all of my homework, which has made me feel guilty and unwilling to go to the classes. I’m quite proud of myself though; I haven’t skipped a single class since the beginning of the semester. Go me!
Last Tuesday I was so fed up with my teachers and all the things they make us do that I simply decided to do nothing at all. It didn’t make me feel better but at least it didn’t make me feel worse. Because that would have been too much. I spent the night staring at my computer screen, mostly Takarazuka videos on YouTube. The same angst and unwillingness to do anything went on on Wednesday, too, but I guess I was already feeling slightly better. Thursdays are always the worst and the most tiring days but on yesterday evening I felt very good and relaxed. Amazing, isn’t it, what little things like dancing can do. I got slightly too relaxed though; I couldn’t sleep. >.<’’
Today I’ve come across quite a few not so cheerful things from wrist cutting to suicide. Depression and stress seem to appear in about everyone’s life lately. It makes me feel sick. I find myself trying to keep away from the bad things, trying not to empathize with them. But that’s almost even more scary; ignorance isn’t really my thing and the numbness that follows makes me scared of losing all my feelings. To make matters worse, I watched a bit of a 9/11 memorial documentary. My mom, who actually isn’t in high spirits either, asked me why I was watching such a depressing thing. I couldn’t answer; I know that I sometimes watch such things to remind myself of the bad things in life (and when I do it feels masochistic) but right now I have no reason to do so.
I should go to sleep already; I’ll have to be at school from 9 to 12 tomorrow, studying Swedish. And then I’m going to Helsinki with Taitti to check out some kind of a manga event. ^^ To end this post on a positive note, I’ll tell you about a dream I saw last night. I wasn’t in the dream myself but I saw a dark gothic castle. There, in a hall, was count Dracula or some other older aristocratic vampire with his servant. The servant told the count something about a woman’s corpse floating in a river by the castle. The count looked out of a window, said something like ‘There’s no sun at this time of night’ and got outside laughing mischievously. Pretty random, but I’m not complaining as long as it’s about vampires.
And lastly, here’s a bit crappy photo of my current nails:

School stole my spare time
Yeah, school started. >__>'' It’s been only a week and a half and I’m pretty much dead already. So much work to do. Well, things will probably get a bit easier in about four weeks or so when the exams are over. I can cope until then, right?
I’ve been doing my Swedish homework so my brain doesn’t really compute in English right now. :''D Got to update my blog now anyway, when I have the time. I was going to update last weekend but then I didn’t have the time or the energy to do it. Now then, on with the show!
Last Friday I was in the Night of the Arts with my family. Mom just decided out of the blue that she wanted to see the performance of les Plasticiens Volants and so we headed to Senate Square. We were there at around 9 p.m. so we had plenty of time to decide where we wanted to stand. Later on there were so many people that they didn’t even fit to the square.
Not all that many people yet. :—D Only the stairs are crowded.
The performance itself was great. My pocket camera (or my photographing skills for that matter) wasn’t at its best when I desperately tried to take photos of the giant floating sea creatures… Luckily enough, I managed to find some settings with which I could take decent photos in the dark. Most of them were unfocused, but I thought I’d show you a few anyway. ^^
(Click for larger pic, as always.) This was the first thing we saw. Sorry for the bad quality, I just wanted to show how amazingly detailed these things were… All those paintings and everything… *-*
These things were so funny! Notice also the little boy sitting on his dad’s shoulders… He has a cool dragon-like hat. :D
Here’s a more overall-ish photo of the three first creatures… I was dumb and took way too many photos at hte begining of the show; my camera’s battery died in the middle of the show. >.<''
This was probably the coolest of them all in my opinion. The photo is smudgy and dark but in real life this was extremely detailed and beautifully painted. *-* And huge too!
I just love all kinds of interesting performances. I’ve probably inherited that from my parents; my dad especially loves things like modern circus and big shows (Cirque du Soleil etc.).
On Saturday I met some of the members of Versailles’ Street Team Finland. I was being shy most of the time but I got new friends anyways. ^^ I was pretty much brain-dead when I got back home but I managed to take a few photos of myself anyways. :''D
These are the clothes I was wearing… Not vampire-y (:''D) enough for the occasion, but… :''D (Honestly, sorry for failing in writing today. >.<'') Posing, anyone? x) And sorry for the lack of shoes. Notice my Turtlez-toed socks (what my cousin calls them). :'3
I also took a few photos of my face featuring my hand to show off my nails, and then some photos with ‘theater make-up’ on but those aren’t really worth publishing. ^^
I’ve been having this strange Finnish pop period. :''D I’ve realized that some Finnish songs actually have very good lyrics… I totally love how some lyrics go so well with my life. This of course applies to all songs, not just Finnish ones. Queen, Sting etc. *-* … I suddenly got the urge to listen Hinder’s Lips of an Angel… *______*
…Two weeks is too long a break from blogging. Too much has happened, small things that I’ve been meaning to share with you… Well, you’re probably too bored to read my all too long posts anyway. 8D
I’ve been told that I look like a ballerina… This has happened twice during the past week. I’m flattered, of course, though I have to disagree with those comments. Ballerinas, dancers and gymnasts are usually pretty easy to recognize due to their perfect posture, confident yet delicate appearance and the graceful way they move. Sure, I’d like to look like them but I guess people just associate the fact that I don’t seem to have basically anything around my ribs with the slender figure of a ballerina. o.O My posture is anything but confident or perfect. I started showdance again, though, so maybe I’ll someday actually look like a dancer. : D *is hopeful*
With that, I’m off to do my nails. ^^ See you again as soon as possible.

Mizu stole my spare time
…Yeah, I’m still seriously obsessed and there’s no sign of change in that on the horizon. It just gets stronger and stronger every day. Yes, I had big plans of how I would read to the upcoming matriculation exams every day throughout the summer but then along came Mizu and all the plans flew out the window. ^^’’ It seriously worries me… Last semester my school work was practically ruined by yaoi and this semester seems to fall into pieces before it has even started, all because of the perfect Mizu Natsuki. And my wallet/bank account is feeling the pain, too. 200,90€ for a DVD and a CD and I couldn’t be more eager to get rid of the money right now! But I’m trying to do my best to not upset my parents, so I’ve got to do it the hard way. I’ll have dad buy me AQUA5’s CD from CDJapan with Versailles’ single ASCENDEAD MASTER as soon as he’s willing to do it though. One CD per month is the best Christmas present of mine these days, I just wish it would apply to DVDs that cost over 100€ and CDs that cost 64,95€… Well, life isn’t life without a few hardships, right? My guess is that someone’s trying to make me study instead of watching Elisabeth and thus making it basically impossible for me to get the DVD before the exams. It isn’t working very well though; that someone hasn’t taken YouTube into account.
Hmm, considering the length of the first paragraph I’m writing another novel here. ^^’’
I actually had something to tell and show you other than just my Mizu fandom. I’ve been an unusually active shopper last week; I went to Sello on Wednesday to buy that scarf and belt (and a new bra, but I’m not posting photos of that :''D (I’m easily influenced, so now I’ve got myself addicted to using that :'''D smile all the time. Got that habit from Zara. ^^ I’m sorry for always copying my friends instead of coming up with something of my own. ;__;)), on Thursday I went to Helsinki with Zara and on Friday I went there again with Taitti and Niina. I didn’t buy anything yesterday, thank God for that.
So now let's go back a few days, to Thursday. In Helsinki with Zara. I had decided not to buy anything because I’m saving money for something. Well, surprise surprise, I totally failed on that. We were supposed to meet in Kamppi at 12 o’clock but I arrived about twenty minutes early and decided to go walk around a bit and maybe do some window shopping. As it happens, before Zara had even arrived at Kamppi I had already spent 90€ on a HerStyler. >_____>''
It’s pink! It’s really easy to use and I can both straighten my hair and create pretty curls. *Advertisement* Money well spent but why do I always have to buy something that costs a lot when I’m saving money for something even more expensive? >.<'' It’s a mystery.
I also bought Matenrou Opera’s new CD ANOMIE from Keltainen jäänsärkijä. I felt pretty good about that, since dad’s going to pay me back for it. ^^
Here’s my j-rock collection at the moment. ^^ I’m planning on buying more in the near future, as I’ve already mentioned.
I had a private photo shoot (why won’t I ever learn how to spell that? >.<) on Friday because I felt pretty. I straightened my hair in the morning obviously and got a bit of clothing inspiration from Mizu. ^^’’ Yesterday I didn’t feel pretty at all though, because I felt (and still feel) slightly sick and didn’t bother with a shower because I was going to sauna in the evening anyway. (I really hope that I haven’t got the swine flu… Don’t think so, anyway. Everyone just has to half-heartedly remind me of the possibility.)
Ermm… Where did all the good photos go? o.O Now I’m depressed 'cause I can’t be as beautiful as Mizu. –.-'' I tried to do Mizu’s pointed finger thing but I failed so bad I can’t show those photos to anyone. ^^’’ If you don’t know what I’m talking about:
Ittemiyo! *__________* Notice the most awesome Tooto-nails too. (Watch in YouTube for HQ)
Uwaah, this is the handiest thing! I’m posting with Windows Live Writer and all I need to do is paste the URL among the text and this thing automatically adds it as a video. *w*
Erm, back to subject… What was the subject again? My brain just poured out from my ear so it’s a bit hard to concentrate.
Well, maybe I’ve already said everything I meant to say… Maybe I could add that the combination of Mizu, Zara and Messenger has completely ruined my sleeping pattern. Today I will shut the computer at eleven p.m. at the very latest. It’s a promise. I’ve got to keep it.
P.S. I forgot to mention... I got a new conditioner with the HerStyler. It's like a mask so I can use it only once a week and it smells wonderful! *u* It's also quite effective compared to my other conditioners... Now I keep sniffing my hair every once in a while. x)
