Hello dear followers! The Japanese post titles are back because Takarazuka revue is my life at the moment. *3*

So I helped Zara go crazy with her DVD order and had her buy a few things for me too while she was at it. So yesterday I got these:

OH HI THAR MY INTERESTING LIFE. I bought the Elisabeth II Mook and after quickly browsing it through I came to the conclusion that I was right in getting it. My life could never be complete without all the photos of Mizu!Tooto’s costumes. *q*

Buying Yukigumi R&J DVD was obligatory, of course. We watched it with Zara last night and it was A-MAZ-ING. HEAVENLY. My love for Yukigumi skyrocketed like nobody’s business while watching this and I thought I already loved them to pieces. Kimu and Mimi were fabulous, Kittybalt was sdfsdhf and Chigi!Mercutio I can’t even write anymore. *q* So I won’t. JUST WATCH IT, OKAY?

Umm and then there’s that book with someone called Ouki Kaname. I don’t know what that is. :| No really, I GOT TERU’S PERSONAL BOOK FROM ZARA. AS A PRESENT. WHAT IS THIS? I haven’t even paid for my stuff yet and she’s giving me the hottest presents. GHH you can have the regular version of Chigi’s book in exchange, okay? ♥

I also got this necklace from Tenerife. ZARA STOP GIVING ME PRESENTS ALREADY! I feel like such a bad friend because I never give anything to you. Or to anyone, for that matter. >.>''

My sister was cleaning her closets and throwing away clothes she didn’t want anymore. I ended up taking most of them. ^^; Our styles differ quite much so I’m surprised I liked so many things. Here’s a photo of my “new” boyfriend jeans and T-shirt I liked particularly much:

Ugh, I want my hair to grow so I can get a more otokoyaku-ish cut. :'D I think I might start really growing my hair out again soon… But we’ll see. I really liked the two previous cuts I had…

Nerdier by the hour

As some of you might already know, I was in Tallin, Estonia for three days last week. As usual, I didn’t take any significant photos during the trip, and I think that neither my granny nor my cousin would have appreciated having their photos shown all over the internet. Not to mention my one-year-old godson. I guess we’ll just have to do with the things I bought and a very artistic (or not) blurry photo of a glass of rosé wine, from the first evening (that’d be Thursday), shown here:

We ate some Spanish food, my dish being some tasty beef. ♥ My mind is telling me to stop eating beef for environmental and ethic reasons, but my meat-loving mouth is making it impossible…

On to the things I bought!

This I actually bought on our way back home. A Snö of Sweden necklace with a red gemstone (or a wannabe, anyway). I wouldn’t really have the money for it, as I should be saving for my trip to Germany, but I simply couldn’t resist!

Other thing that I couldn’t resist was a discount on OPI polishes. :____D This brings a break to my mission of not buying any new nail polish, but OPIs were only 11€ in Estonia, and that, my friends, is a 4,90€ cheaper than the price in Finland. I considered getting two OPIs for just 22€ a bargain.

Here’s a close-up of Catch Me in Your Net, a sparkly blueish turquoise polish from OPI’s Summer 2010 collection. A real eye-catcher, if you ask me.

I’m having a bit of nail crisis here. I’ve got a 5 mm crack on my right middle finger’s nail and I managed to burn the tip of my right thumbnail while lighting a candle. I’ll probably have to cut my nails soon… Do not want! ;__;

Ahem, back to the subject.

Here’s a crappy (and totally straight) toilet photo of the clothes I bought. The white jeans didn’t quite fit on the waist area, so I had to do a little sewing when I got back home. (A good chance to test my new sewing machine. :D I keep thinking the word computer instead of sewing machine, by the way… Strange. x3) I’ve been wanting to buy a lace t-shirt for some time and in Tallin I got the chance. I also got a black bolero, so now I can wear something else than my boring black hoodie if the weather is chilly. ♥

I also bought a new tea cup, as if I already didn’t have enough of those. :'D But it was Chinese porcelain and very pretty, and my granny actually paid for it, so… And I got a tea cup from Taitti too! As a graduation present. Thanks again~! ♥

That last photo was taken yesterday in the toilet of a local cinema. We went to see the Prince of Persia: Sands of Time with a couple of friends. I didn’t really have high expectations on the movie, so I was positively surprised. The movie was actually very good, in my opinion. The ending was a bit unfair, but I guess it couldn’t have been any other way. (Can’t say anything more specific if some of you haven’t seen it yet.)

Dum-de-dum, what else… I’m pretty tired already, so I won’t bother you for much longer. Tomorrow I’ll finally be getting behind the wheel, as I have my very first driving lesson. That’s one reason why I should be getting to bed; the lesson starts at 8:00 a.m.! :D I’m excited, as I’ve never even tried to start the car… My teacher seems funny but also slightly intimidating… When he’s joking I don’t know if I should laugh or cry! x3 I’ll also have an appointment with a doctor tomorrow, and a theory lesson, so calendar’s full for once! I’m thinking about going to Helsinki to buy an Ed Hardy t-shirt, as Hearts of Hollywood is having a 50% discount… There goes my money again! :'3

(Anyone willing to go to Germany with me, by the way? I’m getting three tickets to GACKT’s gig and I’ll probably be in Munich from the 21st to the 23rd. C’mon, anyone?)

P.S. …I realized I actually forgot to tell you what that title was all about. :__D So I’ve watched some 28 episodes of this Italian animation called ‘Angel’s Friends’ during these past three days… In Italian… Mind you my Italian vocabulary is probably less than a hundred words when it comes to speaking, although I understand Italian pretty well by the help of French and English etc. On good days I might be able to understand whole conversations, but sometimes everything just goes in from one ear and out from the other… And thanks to magical Italian animation, I’ve been reading some W.i.t.c.h. comics and even fanfiction… Nerdy, much? ~

I’ve probably had a couple of yet another best days of my life, and more are coming, if everything goes as planned. :3

Should I do this chronologically? Umm, I’m thinking maybe. At least for the two most important things. ♥

First off, my graduation party! I managed (quite miraculously, in fact!) to finish my dress in time, had to sew a few stitches in the morning, but I didn’t need to downright panic at all! :D What an accomplishment.

Newly graduated, in our school’s lobby. I had about 15 minutes in the morning for curling my hair, so I’m positivelly surprised that they came out pretty well (better than ever before, I think) and they also lasted for the whole day (and I still have some loose curls, didn’t have time to wash my hair yet) so I’m extremelly happy!

…I wasn’t in my most photographable state on Saturday, I guess, but I’ve got a couple of okay photos. :3 Dad’s parents gave me that huge rose. I love it. *-* I got many compliments on my dress, which actually made me feel quilty, because I would have wanted to make it even prettier. My dad described it as one of the prettiest in the whole school (dad’s speech – I tried so hard not to cry, he was just overly wonderful ;__;♥) but he was obviously watching the whole thing through his paternal vision, so that’s not any kind of a proper measure. People told me they liked especially the corset (bought, obviously) and the part that covered my shoulders. Here’s where the quilt stepd in – I did the decolté just the previous day and actually had the only panic experiense at around eleven p.m. when I noticed that I had made it too small. I couldn’t really use the sewing machine at that time of the night, so I had to sew some extentions to the bach by hand. :'3 I didn’t mention it to the quests, though, and was just happy that they approved. ^^

My dear frien Kat came from Denmark with her parents who are our important family friends, almost like a part of the family. ♥ (I hope you won’t mind me showing this photo, Kat. I’ll take it down if you want.) The one on the right is my little sister. We’re like day and night, really. :'D I look so pale compared to the other two…

A little bit of shoe posing with my girls. ♥ You can finally see my shoes better here. I’ve got to say that I almost ruined my toes with these. ^^'' I wish I’d have a good photo of my complete outfit, but I guess we’ll just have to do with what we’ve got. :3

And now to the presents! I got a nice amount of money and gift cards from family friends and Godparents, which is good considering the other thing I’m going to write about. But let’s stick to the graduation for a while longer.

I got a new electronic sewing machine from my parents. ;__;♥ It’s so modern that I’m afraid to use it. So many cool options~ I learned that my mom’s sewing machine is about 20-30 years old, so I guess it’s good to finally have a new one in the house. I just hope that the electronic parts won’t break down… The old mechanical machines always last longer than the more modern stuff.

I got Arabia’s Satumetsä mugs from a friend, as I had hoped, and a teapot with two tea cups (Wildberries by Villeroy&Boch) from all of my cousins from dad’s side (as I don’t have any on my mother’s side). I also got a poppy painting from my dad’s mother and a series of three old portraits, one of my great-grandmother and my grandmother’s and mother’s graduation photos, all in black and white. ♥ Family history, that’s what I like. :3 There’s also a book journal I got from another friend. Got to start reading books more often again.

I got my first Nomination bracelet from my godparents. ♥ It has a star (for Stella, I suppose *-*) and a golden lyra for my graduation. :3 So from now on I’ll be more than pleased to receive new pieces for every little event. :D

My cousin’s son (about 4 years now) was so adorable when he very shyly handed these flowers to me. ;__;♥ And his little brother, my godson, was the cutest little thing, as always. *3* ♥

And just to add yet another photo, here are my ‘summer shoes’ that I bought today. :3 I just couldn’t bring myself to buy flat shoes, a girl’s got to have heels. ♥ I hope I’ll be able to walk with these though… Unlike my fail with last summer’s shoes. x3

GACKTOOOO, here I come! ♥

(I’m so tired from all that rambling about the graduation that I can’t write a proper over-excited post about this right now… :'D)

I’m a bit worried, since I haven’t yet got the actuall bill, but I got the confirmation e-mail, so I think it means I got the ticket? *-* I spent the whole mornin (from about 9:45 to approx. 13:50) refreshing the page of the ticket seller, slowly getting on with the order step by step. I was too excited to get frustrated, otherwise I probebly would have paniced or blown up my head or something. :'D

Now I just need to actually pay for the ticket and then reserve the hotel and plane tickets to Munich, as soon as possible. I’ll probably be in Munich from the 21st to the 23rd of July and right now it seems that I’m going all alone. :D My parents are a bit worried, but I’m just… Almost high from the feeling of freedom and independance. :__D Somehow Germany seems like a safe place to go alone, even though I don’t speak German at all, just understand somewhat and know some Elisabeth bits by heart. :'D Me and my usefull vocabulary, I can ask people why they have murdered the Empress Elisabeth, or tell them about der Tod, or sing Die Schatten werden länger, if I still remember the german lyrics after all of that Yami ga hirogaru… :'3 Or maybe I’ll just tell everyone that I’m afraid of the police. xD Well, I’ll get to see GACKT and explore a bit of Munich and that’s the main point. ♥ Good use for my graduation present money. :3

Zara just convinced me to go to Annyeong!Party tomorrow, so I guess I’d better get to sleep soon. I want to buy a headband from Spiritstore tomorrow, plus I’ll have to get an appointment with a doctor for the driving school. I just started the theory lessons today! So many things to write about, so many things to forget… Well, until next time, my dears! Nail repairing post is on the way, plus I feel like cutting my nails, so expect something naily in near future!

I really hope my mom and dad will want to go to see Sting when he has a concert in Finland… Mom already said that she’s not all that inspired to see a huge arena concert with Sting playing old songs with a symphony orchestra, but c’mon! She’s already missed him once and has felt bad about it later on.. We’ve got to see the concert, right? Right?

Love in this club

Sorry for the lack of updates during November! There has been a lot going on in my life and it has caused me to neglect my dear blog. Well, I’m back now! Hopefully I’ll get to update more frequently from now on… I know I should concentrate solely on school during the next four months or so but that’s basically impossible. Luckily we’ll have our Christmas holiday in two weeks. I feel like I’m failing in writing here… Fortunately I have lots of photos for you so reading this won’t be such a huge pain. :3

As some of you already know, I turned eighteen last Sunday. Yay, I’m officially an adult now! (As far as law goes, that is. :''D) I haven’t had a chance yet to go out and party but I think I’ll have time for that a bit later. I invited some friends over to celebrate in advance on Friday and I really enjoyed it. Thanks girls! :3 Then my grandparents came over for the weekend and I got to eat the best chocolate cake in the world à la my grandmother. Bliss~! <3 On Sunday I sat in church for two hours and then we went to eat in a restaurant. The highlight of my 18th birthday was supposed to be reading for my French test but I totally failed at that. :__D Ehm, but now, without further ado, here are my presents!

I was a bit worried that I wouldn’t be able to wear these a lot because Agoya pearls are pretty expensive, but mom said that pearls stay in better shape if they are being worn often. You can believe that I haven’t really been wearing any other jewelry during this past week. :''D

 

 

 

 

 

From my other Godparents I got six roses, a champagne cooler and a woman’s law book. Thank you everyone for all the presents! I also got a drawing (which I can’t really keep anywhere in sight because it’s a bit yaoi-ish :''D) from Tia and a Gackt poster and a very special CD from Zara. :3 Thank you again!

Here’s my newest nail polish, Mavala 203 Night Club. The photo doesn’t do it justice. It’s actually a lot more fuchsia than that. It’s not completely opaque, though, and I even used three coats here. I like it quite much anyways; it really turns on the party mode. ;D

And here’s my Christmas calendar~ :D Mom always buys me a Unicef calendar. No chocolate, but there has never been any chocolate calendars in our family. I don’t mind.

Here’s what I bought today. A black/electric blue dress (sorry for the bad light, you can’t really make out the colours at all) from Seppälä. My sister said that it’s not short enough but I’m not used to wearing short dresses or skirts. :''D I would feel naked if this was any shorter than it already is. Sorry for the weird pose, by the way. x) I don’t know what’s going on…

Here’s something extra for you! It’s a bit random, but I just remembered a photo shoot I had a few years back… I seem to have a habit of wearing dresses with a high ponytail and pink nails. :'3

I’ve always been so skilled at taking photos and posing. If someone figures out the concept of this photo, I’d like to hear it too! xD

I’ve died and gone to Heaven

…or maybe this is Yomi no sekai (land of the dead in Takarazuka’s Elisabeth).

Warning! This post is full of completely brainless Takarazuka/Elisabeth/Tooto/Mizu Natsuki fandom. No need to read if this irritates you. Otherwise have fun reading about how my brain decided to melt and pour out through my ears.

I tried to write about this calmly, but it simply doesn't seem to be possible. Sorry~

ADFHJSAGHDFAS!!! I finally got ‘em! Both of ‘em! *_________________________* On Thursday morning around 9:35 o’clock I came from my mother tongue class to find Ida, Zara and a couple of other Mursus (=people I hang around with at school… mursu = walrus… Don’t ask! XD) hanging around in our school’s so-called net café. I noticed a small plastic bag in Ida’s handbag but ignored it thinking that I couldn’t be so lucky as to finally get my Elisabeth CD. I sat there chatting with people when I suddenly noticed Ida and Zara whispering something to each other and instantly thought that there was something going on. Then Ida pulled out the plastic bag and I almost screamed out loud. Not only did I get the Elisabeth CD I was waiting for but there was the DVD also! *_________________* I just couldn’t believe my luck, those evil people (xD) at the German musical store had told Ida that they would be getting more DVDs in 8-12 weeks and yet there it was with the CD. Needless to say I spent the rest of the day hyperventilating and guarding my bag as if my life depended on it. And now I know that these people who dare to call themselves my friends are actually sadists who are trying to kill me by doing everything they can to cause me a heart attack. XD Not really, I love these people! <3 I hope they all had fun watching me completely lose my mind.

Okay, on with the good stuff! Here be a couple of photos of my precious:

Shiny objects are shiny and hard to photograph. :__D Sorry for the small size but I think that a) our dear Takarazuka would prefer it that way and b) Mizu-Tooto’s hotness would completely melt your brains too if the photos were any bigger than they are now. :3 Here comes the basic description of what I got (from left to right ^^): Takarazuka Elisabeth (2007 Snow Troupe version) double DVD w/ a beautiful shiny booklet and a lovely ‘How to use this DVD’ card with Mizu on it (goin to my wall somewhere near the Russian Blue/Rio de Bravo flyer I got from Ryu <3) and Takarazuka Elisabeth (2007 Snow Troupe version) double CD w/ a lovely shiny booklet. *3* Both the CD and the DVD include the full musical with final numbers and everything plus the DVD includes a bonus track of the musical’s rehearsals and the possibility to watch some scenes from a different angle (concentrating on one of the actresses). Lots of Mizu angles. *3* No, I won’t admit anything! Especially nothing concerning Mizu practicing Yami ga hirogaru otokoyaku dance number in a blouse and tight pants… Those hips… *dies at the thought*

Ehm, where was I? Did I have something more to add? I just managed to empty my brain again (or what’s left of it anyway). :''D This isn’t good for my concentration at school… Just when I thought I was getting better at maths again… Obsessions are so dangerous. Oh, I can’t wait to get some people to come over to my house to watch Elisabeth and drool all over the living room’s floor~. (Next Friday, Zara! *3* <3) I’m doing my best to get everyone around me addicted to this. :''D Maybe this post’s title should have been ‘Back to square one’ or something, because I’m kind of doing the exact same thing I did last June. Back then I managed to get Zara hooked *mischievous laughter* *hugs Zara* and now I’ve pretty much won Ani over, too (wasn’t all that hard with Tooto being a bit vampire-like character with a powerful voice). :3 Taitti and Niina are goin down soon, too, I’m sure of that. People who already love these mysterious beautiful characters, long silver hair and cool costumes won’t be hard to convince. >:3 Boo-hoo, now I feel like a horrible, selfish person. T-T And I also feel that I’m writing something totally random and unnecessary… Okay, before moving on I’ll just thank Siru for posting Ryu’s and Ayu’s Tooto/Elisabeth/Rudolf cosplays and a few Elisabeth videos which got me addicted. :3 And thanks Ryu and Ayu for amazing costumes!

Gah, I just realized that I was supposed to get to the point when I started that previous paragraph. :____D FAIL. Okay, now, what’s rockin’ my world besides der Tod? I’d like to do Tooto nails right now. (Lol, failed at changing the subject. XD) I need some silver & glittery nail polish. And I’ve got *ahem* a couple of inspirations. :''D I know your just dying to get a list, so here goes:

1. Sewing: a victorian dress, a corset, a dress shirt… Was that all? Ah, one more; a black vest (pinstripe?)

2. Knitting: a white beanie or a beret

3. Jewelry: cameo jewelry, some silver rings made of silver wire and some beads etc.

4. Decorative stuff: nail decorations, cellphone charms (like cupcakes etc.)…

5. That gothic manor dollhouse!

It certainly seems like I’ve got a lot of projects… Mom hates me for never finishing anything… ;__; (Being addicted to Facebook games & Gaia Online’s halloween event doesn’t really help. x3)

Wow, now I’m exhausted! I guess it’d be best if I just finished here… Sorry for all the fandom, craziness and overall randomness. Thumbs up for those who actually got around to reading the whole thing. ^3^ Lots of love & kisses to you all!

Draw back those tears, you’re not dying inside

Warning: Obsessed rant for the first 3 paragraphs. Skip these if you aren’t interested/don’t have time etc. ^^

I’m trying really hard to convince myself that I don’t need or even want that DVD. I’m thinking rationally here (just what my parents want me to do); almost 130€ for a DVD is way too much. When my obsession has faded away, I might be pretty pissed at myself for throwing away that much money. Maybe. Just a few weeks ago I thought about buying that Vivienne Westwood necklace at almost the same price. At some point I was seriously considering buying a BJD.

“Let’s not buy these yet, consider it a bit more”, said my dad with a not so pleased look on his face. ;;__;; But… I’m still obsessed! I want to have a DVD with Mizu Natsuki as Death in it. >:( “It’s overpriced. No-one should buy a DVD that expensive.” Yeah, yeah, I know, right. But that’s the cheapest it’ll get. And there’s this one single website from where I’d be able to get it. It’s the 2007 version, who knows how few of them they have in stock!

I’ll just have to bear with this for a while. Obsessions will be replaced with something else, eventually. Some day I’ll thank myself for not buying it. *Has reasoned enough with herself*

Okay, moving on to other subjects. ^^

Today we went to Lahti to see my grandparents and two cousins. It was fun, because the two cousins of mine live in Puolanka and I’m lucky if I get to see them once a year. And they are so cute. *__* They are 14 and 11. :3 Too bad my sister couldn’t meet them…

My new necklace. ^^ It’s a heart-shaped cage which can be opened and you can fill it with whatever you like. I’ll probably try to find a dark pearl or something, because the rose quartz I currently have doesn’t really show well against skin.

Then, here are some of my goals for the future. (Hopefully I can achieve some of these before school starts.)

-Have straighter back/posture.
-Be more flexible.
-Have more flesh between skin and bones.
-Weight at least 45 kg.
-Read for the final exams.
-Become more elegant.
-Learn to dance.

I feel empty, somehow. But I’ll play strong and happy, hiding behind the smiling mask. ^^ It can’t be that hard. I’ve swallowed back my tears for today. ^^

I know I should be studying, but… ^^

I’m too addicted to this whole blog thing all of a sudden. :P I have a history test tomorrow and I really should be preparing for that right now… Well, I’ll just save it for later (as I always do ^__^”).

Today I promised myself that I wouldn’t sleep with curlers on any time soon. Why? Because a) I can’t really sleep with them and b) I didn’t actually get the kinds of results I wished for. Here is what my hair looked like yesterday evening:

Well at least it is curly, right? x) The best thing is that I didn’t learn from the first try, I had to sleep with those curlers for a second time, too! Oh my, how I hated myself for that mistake this morning.

I have been so dead today. I think I fell asleep sometime after midnight or so, which means I slept 6 hours at max. Doesn’t really help me getting better. Luckily I survived all three lessons at school, with the help of painkillers and Strepsils. Now I’ve only got to stay awake for 4 more hours.

I’ll just have to call it a night early today. I’ll be watching the tv for an hour (21.00-22.00) so I should take a shower before that. (As if that’s going to happen!) And it would be good if I had already read my history book before taking a shower. :P

By the way, here’s something I’d like to share with you: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5451132. I just discovered Etsy through deviantArt and it seems like a pretty nice site. The person whose shop I just linked to you makes really gorgeous jewelry, I’ll definitely have to buy something from her. And she’s willing to ship the items for free! That’s just awesome. I just love that Dark Angel Pendant, for example, but $100 is a bit too much money for me to spend on one piece of jewelry. Maybe I’ll order a pair of cameo earrings or a cameo necklace because I absolutely adore them. ^^

Today I’ll end my entry with a very random snapshot I took yesterday. Because my stomach and legs look funny. ^^
